Sub Zero Ice Cream combines science and sweets to create not only a satisfying dessert, but an experience that people of all ages enjoy. None of their products are premade and sitting in a freezer. Rather, each customer custom builds their ice cream from the base up and marvels as liquid nitrogen flash freezes their order right before their eyes. The unique process preserves the ingredient’s integrity and reduces ice crystallization, creating the freshest, smoothest, creamiest texture possible. Locations currently in Utah, Arizona, Idaho, and Washington with others opening soon in California.
